We limit our client roster deliberately. Every person we work with receives our full attention — not a protocol, not a program, but a living care relationship that adapts in real time to what your system is showing us.
Below are the four ways we structure that relationship.
Tier 1 — Acute Care Concierge Care · 2 sessions/month · ongoing between-session support
For acute or critical presentations — a new diagnosis, a sudden systemic shift, a crisis that requires real-time clinical attention. We are available between sessions, tracking your system as it moves through the resolution process and adjusting as needed.
Tier 2 — Full Concierge Concierge Care · 2 sessions/month · between-session access
For clients doing serious, sustained work who want clinical continuity between sessions. You have direct access. We check in. We adjust. Nothing waits until the next appointment if it shouldn't.
Tier 3 — Standard Care 2 sessions/month · scheduled contact
Two deep sessions per month, each approximately three hours. Focused, thorough, and progressive. Right for clients whose work is significant but doesn't require real-time support between sessions.
Tier 4 — Maintenance 1 session/month · scheduled contact
For clients in a maintenance phase — sustaining and integrating prior work, with one monthly session to track and support continued resolution.
Single Session · Approximately 3 hours
Available for those who want to experience the work before committing to a partnership, or for focused one-time inquiry.
A NOTE ON COMMITMENT
Every tier requires a minimum three-month commitment. Not as a contractual formality — because this work has a biological rhythm. Resolution takes time. Three months is the floor for meaningful, lasting change.
